As we deal in perishable food items, returns are limited to specific cases only.

2. Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

  • You received a wrong product.
  • Product is expired or has manufacturing defect.
  • Item missing from your order.

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Taste preference issues.
  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Improper storage after delivery.
4. Refund Process

Replacement within 3–5 days or refund within 5–7 working days.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

6. Shipping Charges
